Legal Information and Policies
To the agencies, print labs, web designers, casting directors and all other professional services that we have worked with over the years, we have changed our policies in order to prevent and eradicate copyright infringement and non payment for services rendered. No work from Dayna Shulack Photography, including headshots, portfolios, prints or disks etc. are to be accepted, printed, reveiwed, posted or used under any circumstances without a release form sent by certified mail or email from Dayna Shulack Photography. Any work submitted without a prior release must be reported at once to Dayna Shulack Photography and to your local law enforcement agency. Should any agency or private contractor use or accept any media from Dayna Shulack Photography without a release, a copyright infringement suit will be filed with the appropriate departments according to your state/jurisdiction.
Uploading images:
Any images uploaded from Dayna Shulack Photography will come from one of three IP Addresses. Unless a release has been given, any photos uploaded from any other IP Address will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law in that state/jurisdiction.
